TCC Transportation provides transportation, logistics, warehousing, freight management, and related services, subject to operational availability, scheduling, and applicable service limitations.
Quotations
All quotations provided by TCC Transportation are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on shipment dimensions, weight, destination, accessibility, service requirements, fuel costs, or any additional handling required.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment details, billing information, pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and any special handling instructions necessary for the successful transportation of their goods.
Limitation of Liability
TCC Transportation shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or damages resulting from weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government actions, customs delays, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of this website. Unauthorized use of any content or services provided on this website is strictly prohibited.

Insurance Coverage
Standard cargo insurance coverage is $1.50 per pound. No declared value coverage is available.
LTL Shipments
If a shipment is quoted as LTL, it will be handled as an LTL shipment. Transit times may be affected by freight availability, routing, and consolidation schedules.

Quote Validity
All quoted rates are valid for two (2) business days unless otherwise stated.
Driver Assist & Liftgate Service
Driver-assist services, pallet-jack and liftgate services are not included in the quoted rate and will be billed as additional charges if requested or required.
Special Instructions
All special handling requirements or instructions must be clearly communicated and confirmed in the quotation email before booking. Any instructions added only to the load confirmation may not be acknowledged or accommodated, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues or additional costs.
